The National Society encourages participation in the arts and folk arts.  Our member Donna entered her quilt in the DAR’s American Heritage contest.  It was an award winner.

It was a special moment last year to see 31 new citizens take the oath to become Americans, at a large naturalization ceremony in Beaverton.  Several members of our chapter attended. Our newest citizens emigrated from 14 different countries. Supporting… Continue Reading →
